By downloading, installing, or using the PrankForecast application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PrankForecast is a weather application designed for entertainment purposes. The App allows users to create and display fake weather information. The App is intended for prank and entertainment purposes only and should not be used as a source of real weather information.

3. Subscription Service

PrankForecast offers a premium subscription service that provides access to additional features. Subscriptions are billed monthly and will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App responsibly and not to:

  • Use the App in a way that could harm others or mislead them about actual weather conditions
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
  • Share your account credentials with others

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

6. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. The App is for entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon for actual weather information or decision-making.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
